SHIPPING POLICY
We ship express worldwide with DHl or Fedex from our studio in Dubai,United Arabs Emirates.
You should receive your unit in 3-8 days after it has been shipped.
We will send your tracking number as soon possible.
Shipping costs its free ,you should not be charged any extra fees as 95% of our orders arrive directly to our customers’ doors. However, some countries are very strict with customs so in the unlikely case that the package gets held up, they’ll contact you or us.
Some countries customs require additional charges in order to release held parcels/packages. You may be required to pay these fees when you accept delivery of the item. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier will return the items to Mendy Beauty. If this happens, Mendy Beauty may be required to pay additional charges to the courier to cover the cost of return, including customs fees and import duties that were payable by you. We will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any remaining refund you have as soon as we have received the parcel.
We are always here to assist our customers and make sure you get your perfect hair as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to speak with the shipping company and organize what needs to be done.
